Spinning Speed

Too high output speed will shorten the time for coagulating and twisting the sliver, which will lead to deterioration of the coating, poor sliver dryness, and reduced yarn strength. Therefore, when used thicker and harder, the oil content is higher, and the length uniformity is poor. When spinning high-quality fibers, the spinning speed should not be too high. When the linear density of the spun product is high, it is difficult to twist because of its rigidity. When the linear density is too small, the dust cage has a poor grip on the sliver. If it is too thick or too thin, the twisting efficiency will be reduced, so the spinning speed will not be too high.

Because the dust cage speed is too high, it will affect the twisting efficiency of the spinning. Therefore, under the condition of constant friction ratio, increasing the spinning speed will reduce the twist of the yarn. Therefore, the spinning speed should be based on the rotation speed of the dust cage. Choose from high and low. Different spinning machines have different speed ranges.
