Microfiber Yarn, Tufted into a Round Head

The head is built from microfiber yarn tufted into a round, tapered shape. Each strand carries many fine fibres, and those fibres are what give the head its absorbency - water and dirt are taken up into the yarn rather than pushed across the floor. The tapered round profile keeps the head flat against the surface as it turns, so the working face stays in contact instead of riding on its edge.

Yarn is available in solid colours, white, and striped combinations.

A Plastic Basket Connector That Fits the Handles You Already Stock

The head mounts through a moulded plastic basket connector: a hollow central tube with two side pins. The handle seats centrally in the tube, and the basket spreads the load across the yarn, so the head hangs straight and stays flat while it turns.
